Play for a smile - New band members - New solo tour - New track

Everything right now reminds me of how mental life becomes fragile after a while... I remember working for Le Bonheur, the best record shop of the world, in the 2000's, listening to Forest Time on a limited 1 track LP edition. The good old days. Days when people used to be fair, at least more than now.

Yes this is my winter time complaint about assholes, loosers, opportunists and fake bullshiters. I dedicate this post to our friend from L'Internationale where we played last saturday in Paris. I dedicate this post to people who think they help musicians by making them play but never give you a smile.
We were invited by the Belgian In Paris (who are, them, really nice people) to play at L'Internationale. They refused to feed one of the crew member (I personnaly asked for a bowl to throw him some food on the ground, sarcastically of course), they almost threw us out of the club because of the Sarkozy Stasi that could have come for the noise, asked to put volume down during soundchecks and so on and so on. Almost no "Hello" and for sure no smiles. Well people of L'Internationale : You're a bunch of pathetic young lads who should burn in hell. I personally take the responsabilty to tell you : FUCK YOU. At least the club was full so we guess that you sold plenty of 4€ plate beers and made money on us (while paying musicians less than 30€ each). Thanks for those being there and sorry for the complaint. But people who think they defend culture by slow paying musicians and treating them like shit are not art promoters but stereotypical loosers. I've played for free, I don't give a fuck about dollars and understood a while ago that I never will, but at least I play for a smile.

So a few nicer news.
There are new band members : Geoffroid Heyne (Drums) and PEb (Bass). Everything is fine and we are having fun.

There will soon be a solo tour. I'll keep you posted with that very soon but I can tell you it's not in Paris and not in New Zealand :). I'll be glad to present a few rushes from my new future solo album due to december.

And as a rush for that solo album you may find one piece of it on the new compilation from a new Japanese label called Nothings66. You can go here

Cheers people and we hope to see you on the 27th of February at Magasin 4.
