Infernal Heights For A Drama
That's it folks, the aMute album will be called Infernal Heights For A Drama and will be released on Stilll in next February 2009.
During these past few months aMute has really changed in a lot of ways.
We've done pretty shitty tracks at the beginning of the band, we needed to find what we were there for. Now I can easily say that I am proud of the walk we did from there.
Infernal Heights For A Drama is more or less a big story, the story of everyone around us, the story of our pleasures and of our anger. It is a mix between dark folk tronics and rock. Every tracks features vocals and we have the pleasure to welcome a few guests on the Infernal adventure : Robert Toher from APSE, Joseph Costa from L'Altra, Mitchell Akiyama from Désormais, Bryce Kushnier from Do Make Say Think and Vitaminsforyou and Jean Paul Dessy from Musiques Nouvelles.
We hope that we'll be able to overpass the Belgian musical morosity of our time. We hope the album will be welcomed in Belgium and elsewhere. We hope to tour and are already planning a special release party at Le Botanique in early march.
